We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

All original tags must still be attached

Items must be returned in their original packaging

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
To request a return, please contact us at customerservice@sakara.ie with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
-
Socks, underwear, or other hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@sakara.ie with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer exchanges.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was sent

The item is damaged or faulty
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period by submitting a return request through your account.
Once you have submitted your request, you must return the items to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method you used for your original order.
