Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, SÁKÁRÁ is not responsible for courier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.

If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the courier first using your tracking number.
